First of all, the bills are accurate. There aren’t any hidden charges. Phoenix Recycling shows up on time every week. When I have scheduled extra pickups they have arrived within 10 minutes of the scheduled pickup time. They do not create a mess when they pick up the trash.
The office staff is considerate and returns my phone calls promptly. It’s great having a local contact rather than speaking to someone in Houston.

Phoenix has never missed a beat in the four years we’ve been with them. They show up when they’re supposed to and the driver never complains when we have an “extra” item or two out by the cans. If we have a lot of extra garbage, we can call and they will send a special truck for the pickup. All in all, a five star experience!

I love the way this company operates, it’s a totally local organization, serving Durango (rural area)’s recycling and trash pickup needs. They are truly conscientious about recycling as much as they possibly can, hand-sorting both residential, business and construction waste. They always pick up when they say they will, and they pick up trash and recycling at the same time, which is super convenient. The personal service is exceptional as well, when you call you talk to a real person, and they always meet or exceed my needs and expectations. I’ll never switch.
